On [DATE], we received your public records request for the following records:

 

Our office represents Mr. Martinez is a personal injury claim for injuries suffered when exiting a City bus on January 23, 2016.  It is our understanding that the City has a videotape of Mr. Martinez’s fall.  Please provide our office with a copy of that video as soon as possible.

So going through our records, there was no incident/accident report or video.
