All records related to unit patches creation submissions to the Policy and Procedures review board from January 1, 2005 to October 1, 2017.
Please include proposed sketches, designs and descriptions reviewed by the board regarding the creation of new unit patches to be worn by officers. Also include, records related to why the patch was either approved, or not approved.
