Hello,

On October 25, 2017, we received your public records request for the following records:

 

We were involved in a car accident on October 20th, 2017 between 7:20pm -7:45pm.  The car accident happened at northeast corner of Indian school and uptown. The gentlemen who hit us said we reverse into him when he hit us from behind. If we can please request video of the accident on this day please. Our insurance company has ask us to request video. Our vehicle is a 2017 red Hyundai sonata and the gentlemen is a 2014 Chevy blazer.
