Hello Mr. Schwanitz,


On October 31, 2017 we received your request for the following records:

I am requesting information from APD’s Emergency Communications Center.   Included would be the number of 911 calls into the center from January until present date.

The number of 911 calls answered within 10 seconds, staffing at the center, and unfilled positions.


We apologize for any inconvenience the delay has caused. We still have not received word from our vendor regarding the data corruption. Because of this corruption, the City does not have the affected records and can not produce them for inspection. The rest of the responsive records have been produced and my office will now close this request.


We’ll keep you updated in the event our vendor manages to fix the corruption and the records again come into the City’s possession. As we mentioned on December 4, we’ll also forward along any final confirmation of the data corruption and permanent loss of these records we receive from our vendor. Please let me know if you have any questions.
