Ms. Weichselbaum,

This email will acknowledge closure of your public records request dated November 6, 2017.

There is no responsive information available related to your request.

This is a follow up request to my previous request # 17-4643.
I was told that there were no responsive records for: Per public records, may I request the following:
-All photos, images and reports related to the logos, patches, insignia, emblems used by the APD ROP unit(also known as Repeat Offender Project), which was dismantled in 2014

Attached is a police department internal memo that used an image from the APD ROP unit.
Therefore, there are responsive documents.

New request: Please send me all documents, photos of logos, patches, and related images used by the APD ROP unit.

The image you provided appears to be from an old “wanted subject” flyer, these are not kept in a permanent file.  The division that ROP would have been under does not have specific information concerning a logo/patch. There are no documents or memorandum concerning the creation of a logo for the ROP unit.  This has been checked by the review unit that would have been responsible for approval of a logo/patch.  There are no photographs of the logo, patch or related images for the ROP unit.  The photo lab and museum have been checked.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or comments.

Kind regards,
