For your information, Continental Real Estate Services, Inc. is an asset management company specializing in the servicing of Real Estate Owned (REO) properties and is representing Federal National Mortgage Association, in its post-foreclosure sale of this property to a third party buyer.  There is no closing scheduled at this time.

Are there any special assessments/code violations owing or pending against the property above?

 

We are specifically inquiring about special assessments and/or code violations, such as mowing, weed removal, sidewalk repair, etc.

 

If there are any pending or owing charges relating to violations, we will require a payoff and supporting docs in order to request payment from the bank.

 

This communication will confirm our completion of your request. We have searched for responsive records and not been able to locate or identify any records. As a result, there are no responsive records related to your request that are maintained by my office. My office will now close your public records request.
