Dear Parnall Law Office

 We received your public records request for the following records:

 41-4-16, this letter serves as written, formal notification of our clients' potential claims for damages connected to the events which took place on or about December 3, 2017 due to dangerous conditions and maintenance of the intersection at 1-25 Frontage Road and 1-40 West Bound Frontage Road. See enclosed police report. More particularly, we believe this intersection has a high rate of collisions causing serious injuries/death, indicating the intersection itself was a contributing factor to my clients' collision. In addition, the police report regarding the collision indicates the timing of the traffic lights may be a contributing factor.

 This communication will confirm our completion of your request. We have searched for responsive records and not been able to locate or identify any records. As a result, there are no responsive records related to your request that are maintained by my office. My office will now close your public records request.
