This email will acknowledge completion of your public records request dated February 27, 2018. My office was able to locate a supplemental report submitted by Detective Miller, please be aware that report was submitted after the date the City closed out your previous IPRA request identified as Request #17-4670. Please be aware that my office redacted protected personal identifier information contained in the requested records, pursuant to NMSA 1978, § 14-2-1(B).  Next, my office was able to verify that the lapel camera video from Officer Stout  that was previously provided in Request #17-4670 was the only lapel camera video that could be located in response to your request. At your request we can provide you another copy of Officer Stout’s lapel camera video or make it available for your inspection.

If you are seeking to inspect the responsive records at no cost, then please contact my office and we will provide more information on the location of that inspection. The inspection may take place either at the aforementioned location, but more likely it will occur at the Office of the City Clerk, located at 600 2nd Street NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. That office is located on the 7th floor of that building. Please contact the Office of the City Clerk (505) 924-3650 if you have any questions related to the inspection at their office.

As for the recordings mentioned in your request, the interviews could not be located because the requested interviews were destroyed in 2015. Finally, my office was unable to locate the requested lab reports, however, it is our understanding the lab reports may be maintained by the New Mexico Department of Public Safety.
