Hello Mr. McKee,

 

On January 8, 2018, we received your request to inspect:

This request is related to records kept by the Albuquerque Police Department.

Please provide me with all recordings turned over to the Federal Court, based on Judge Robert Brack's Nov. 16, 2017 order requiring the city of Albuquerque / APD to "immediately produce, in camera, all video and/or audio recordings and/or transcripts it has secretly obtained of either the Monitor, the monitoring team, or of this (Federal) Court."

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about this request. I understand that APD records may be able to provide a thumb drive with video files that are large, this would be appreciated if possible.

 

The responsive records are now available for inspection. The City chose to produce additional records it was not required to produce under IPRA. These records were produced because they are relevant to the subject matter of the request and provide context.
