Hello Maddy Hayden, 


We have identified the attached purchase orders responsive to your request. The response also includes certain records that are not directly responsive to your IPRA because the pertain to APD security detail vehicle purchasing. However, because the APD acquisition was funded through the Department of Finance and Administrative Services, Fleet Management Division under the vehicle replacement fund, and not through the APD budget to better leverage law enforcement resources, we are including this information. As part of the City's standard maintenance and security procedures, vehicles with high mileage are routinely replaced. All of the vehicles included as part of this request were funded through previous budget appropriations. This request is now fulfilled and will be closed.
