On April 19, 2018, we received your public records request (identified as #18-2141) for the following records:
I hereby request any and all application letters and resumes received for applicants for the position of Director for the City of Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department on or after December 1, 2017.
The City contends that we were in compliance with the communication from Ms. Andrea Salas on April 25, 2018 at 9:55AM, however, we kept this request open awaiting an answer from you on whether or not you still desired to inspect/copy all of the responsive records that existed at the time you submitted this request. You failed to respond to our repeated communications. At this point, we are writing you to confirm completion of your public records #18-2141, and to notify you that we will close this request out in the nextrequest system.
Irrespective of whether or not you still desire to inspect/copy any records, some of the records, or none of the records – the non-exempt responsive public records can be made available for your inspection or copying. Please also be aware that my office redacted some confidential information found on the responsive records, including, protected personal identifier information contained in the requested records, pursuant to NMSA 1978, § 14-2-1(B), and other information made confidential under § 14-2-1(A)(8) (otherwise provided by law) including the City of Albuquerque’s Open Records Ordinance § 2-7-6-2 (home addresses and personal phone numbers of certain City employees). Additionally, the City exempted certain information/records pursuant to NMSA 1978, § 14-2-1(A)(2) (letters of reference concerning employment).
It is unclear whether or not you want to inspect or purchase a copy of the non-exempt responsive records. If you are seeking to inspect the responsive records at no cost, then please contact my office and we will make those records available to inspect or copy. The location may take place at either the Office of the City Clerk, located at 600 2nd Street NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, or at City Hall, Human Resources Department, located at 400 Marquette NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87103, which is on the 7th floor, room 703. That office is located on the 7th floor of that building. Please contact the Office of the City Clerk (505) 924-3650 if you have any questions related to the inspection at their office. If you would like any copies then the copies can be made at that location, copying costs are $0.50 per page. Please first contact my office to schedule an appointment to either inspect or purchase copies and my office will schedule the appointment and notify you were the inspection/copying will take place.
