This is a formal request under the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act. I wish to inspect the following records pertaining to the arrest of Teri Sanchez on May 3, 2018. The arrest was made by officer Conor Coleman #114872. The arrest occurred on 5901 Zuni Rd SE in Albuquerque.

- all radio dispatch calls, all photos
- all surveillance, lapel, dash-cam and witness videos tagged into evidence for this investigation related to searches, and interviews.

I am denying inspection some of the records responsive to your request. These records are a part of APD case number 18-0042557 involving the “arrest of Teri Sanchez on May 3, 2018.” Attorney General has requested that we do not release these records pursuant to the Inspection of Public Records Act under the Children’s Code and because they contain confidential law enforcement information. See NMSA 1978, § 32A-4-33; see also § 14-2-1(A)(4). For more information, please see the attached letter from the Office of the Attorney General.
