Pursuant to the Inspection of Public Records Act, NMSA 1978, §§ 14-2-1 through 14-2-12, I am hereby requesting the City of Albuquerque produce the following “public records,” as that term is defined in Section 14-2-6(E) :
- All APD Reports regarding Manuel Vasquez (DOB: 07/31/1990);
- All APD Reports regarding Manuel Vasquez (DOB: 07/31/1991);
- All dispatch tapes, 911 calls, and CAD logs for any calls regarding Manuel Vasquez (DOB: 07/31/1990); and
- All dispatch tapes, 911 calls, and CAD logs for any calls regarding Manuel Vasquez (DOB: 07/31/1991); and
If this request is deemed excessively burdensome or broad, please contact me to discuss the scope of this request. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
 NMSA 1978, § 14-2-6(E): “public records” means all documents, papers, letters, books, maps, tapes, photographs, recordings and other materials, regardless of physical form or characteristics, that are used, created, received, maintained or held by or on behalf of any public body and relate to public business, whether or not the records are required by law to be created or maintained.
