On June 11, 2018, we received your public records request for the following records:


911 dispatch calls to address 2920 Graceland Dr NE on June 1st, 2018 beginning at 6PM. I need the CAD, transcript, and audio of all 911 calls to this address on this day. There are at least 3. I also need a list of all Emergency record calls for 1 hour prior and 1 hour after the LAST 911 call/dispatch on June 1, 2018.


There are at LEAST 2 911 calls direct from citizen and at LEAST 1 dispatch call from APD for Ambulance to this address on June 1, 2018.


This communication will confirm our completion of your request. We have searched for responsive records and not been able to locate or identify any records. As a result, there are no responsive records related to your request that are maintained by my office. My office will now close your public records request.
