2.     From former Albuquerque Mayor Richard J. Berry or current Mayor Tim Keller or their designees; and from former Albuquerque Chief of Police Gorden Eden or current Chief of Police Mike Geier or their designees, the Children, Youth and Families Cabinet Secretary Monique Jacobson or her designee in reference to APD officers accessing the CYFD Law Enforcement Portal concerning James Stewart and Teri Sanchez charged by the New Mexico Attorney General’s Officer with human trafficking, criminal sexual contact of a minor, child abuse, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and promoting prostitution. I am requesting all such documents from November 1, 2017 through June 1, 2018.

I am requesting to receive the records electronically and the documents can be emailed to me at this address (larsonjima@gmail.com), or I can pick up the document at another location directed by CYFD when they are ready.

The New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act requires a response time of no less than three business days.  If access to the records I am requesting will take longer than this amount of time, please contact me with information about when I might expect copies or the ability to inspect the requested records.

If you deny any or all of this request, please cite each specific exemption you feel justifies the refusal to release the information and notify me of the appeal procedures available to me under the law.

This communication will confirm our completion of your request. We have searched for responsive records and not been able to locate or identify any records. As a result, there are no responsive records related to your request that are maintained by my office. My office will now close your public records request.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Sincerely,
