On July 11 the driver of a city bus was districted and nearly ran over a pedestrian. We would like video of that event.

This is a formal request under the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act. I wish to inspect the following records pertaining to a city bus near miss with a pedestrian. The event happed on July 11 at 11:04 am. The bus was near 2nd and Gold.

  1. All internal bus surveillance video on any bus that was near 2nd and Gold between 10:30 and 11:30 am. The incident that interests me happened around 11:04 am.

If any of the records are being held in electronic format, I wish to receive electronic copies at koatdesk@hearst.com or, if that is not possible, on a compact disk. I agree to pay reasonable copy fees according to the city's published fee schedule, but I prefer to be notified in advance if the total cost will exceed $10.
