RE: Records Request pertaining to Incident at Smith’s Grocery Store on 320 Yale Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM on July 1, 2018 about 9.55pm MST, Responding Albuquerque Police Department(APD) Officers Phillip Meir, APD SE Command, Alexander Lewis, NE Command, Osuna Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM, Sgt. Jaramillo to name a few, Securitas USA Security Officer Wayne Garcia, Smith’s Employee Brenda(White Female) with me Chibueze C. Anaeme as victim of said incident.
Dear Records Custodian,
As a follow up to my telephone conversation with you on July 2, 2018 from the APD Evidence Division on 2nd St and Montano, Albuquerque, NM pertaining to the aforerecited incident which resulted in a large portion of my property been converted and not returned to me by the aforerecited APD Officers without probable cause, I am hereby submitting the applicable information to you as you requested of me.
The said Incident occurred at Smith’s Grocery Store on 320 Yale Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM about 9.55pm MST on July 1, 2018 and involved the aforerecited APD Officers and more, Smith’s and Securitas, USA personnel.
The Applicable APD Case No. is 18-0062171, Tagging officer was P5826, APD Officer Phillip Meir aforerecited.
The Case Agent was P5551, APD Officer Alexander Lewis aforerecited.
The Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court Case No. is T-4-CR-2018-004550
I am hereby requesting that you send me the applicable information as a Public Records Request including but not limited to the name of the APD personnel that picked up my property from the APD SE Command on 800 Louisiana Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM and delivered it to the APD Evidence Division on 2nd St and Montano, Albuquerque, NM and what property was picked and not picked up by said personnel during the relevant period as soon as possible. I am an investigator and my said missing property converted by the aforerecited APD Officers/personnel are evidence pertaining to several cases that are currently been prepared for litigation and continued investigations and I need them returned to me immediately with a thorough explanation as to why they were wrongfully converted
