Please be aware that my office redacted protected personal identifier information contained in the requested records, pursuant to NMSA 1978, § 14-2-1(B). My office also determined we could not permit inspection of two records in items 2&3 (2. All 911 calls 3.all surveillance, lapel, RTCC, Search Warrants, witness videos tagged into evidence for this crash) because that record may not have existed at the time you submitted your request and if it did exist is it currently exempt from disclosure under IPRA pursuant to NMSA 1978, § 14-2-1(A)(4) (confidential law enforcement records); and NMSA 1978, § 14-2-1(A)(8) (otherwise provided by law). Right now we are unaware how long we will continue to maintain this position, however, you are welcome to resubmit your request for the exempt record. Alternatively you are also welcome to contact my office at a later date to ask if this currently exempt record is releasable.
You may pick up copies of the non-exempt responsive records at:
