That communication narrowed the scope of your original request by confirming a date range for the search and by also identifying the inbox/outbox you would like searched regarding the email search. That greatly assisted my office in timely completing a thorough and comprehensive search for any responsive records. Please be aware my office searched several different areas to attempt to locate the requested records, and we believe we have searched all of the locations that would potentially house the responsive records.
As a result of our searches, we have located a myriad of responsive records and those records are now available for your inspection or copying. If you are seeking to inspect the responsive records at no cost, then please contact my office and we will provide more information on the location of that inspection. The inspection will likely take place either at the aforementioned location, but more likely it will occur at the Office of the City Clerk, located at 600 2nd Street NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. If you only desire to pick-up and purchase a copy of the responsive records, then please pick-up and purchase the responsive records (on a disk) at the Office of the City Clerk.
