On 1/30/2018 we received the following request:
1. Any and all correspondence between CABQ and FTA prior to the meeting.
2. A list of all attendees at the meeting.
3. Copies of any handwritten notes taken by CABQ employees at the meeting.
4. Copies of any meeting minutes from the meeting.
5. Copies of any documents resulting from the meeting.
6. Any and all correspondence between CABQ and FTA after the meeting.
We had no responsive records for portions 3 and 4. All other responsive documents have been made available for inspection. This request is now fulfilled and will be closed.
