Our firm represents Lt. Steve Altman in connection with his demotion, reduction-in-pay and Notice of Investigation he received. Attached you will find a signed release from Lt. Altman for you to release a complete copy of his personnel file to our law firm as well as his complete internal affairs file.
Additional, pursuant to the Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA) and consistent with the attached release, please provide all communications (inclusive of email communications), memoranda or correspondence to/from any employee of APD and/or City of Albuquerque discussing, referencing or mentioning Lt. Steve Altman, his position, reassignment or demotion from November 1, 2017 to the present. These records are requested in electronic format.
