Request #18-6764

We would like to request records of calls made by our neighbor(s) to complain about our dogs safety. These calls were made the 15th and 20th of November of 2018. It appears that our neighbors concern is that our young female dog is being violent with the male pup. Every single time an officer comes over to check things out they are welcomed into our home to observe how the dogs interact with each other. Things seem to be ok since the officers haven’t really done anything about it. After the second call we tried disciplinary actions to avoid having the dog “hurt” the pup. Officers were called over again that same day claiming that we were beating and yelling at our female dog.Our problem now it that we feel like we are being harassed by our neighbor. The calls that are being made are absolutely  unnecessary and their actions are uncalled for.

Records are needed to resolve this issue with Metro Police.
