On February 10, 2018, we received your request to inspect:

 

Data on all requests for service received by the Albuquerque 311 and 911 systems from 1/1/2010 to 2/10/2018. These data are to include time, date, and location of request as well as the specific nature of the request as entered by the operator.

 

As per our telephone conversation today, the City has searched for records responsive to this request and was unable to locate any. While the City could create such a record using the data at its disposal, this is not required by the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act. See NMSA 1978, § 14-2-8(B). As such, the City has no records responsive to your request.

 

We will continue to work with you to get the information/data you are seeking.
