This email will acknowledge completion of your public records request dated February 27, 2019 (identified by the City as #19-1191), which sought:
- True copies of the all emails (including attachments and email threads) communicated between Edward Harness and any (and/or all) member(s) of the Police Oversight Board between the dates of January 21, 2019, and February 10, 2019.
Thank you for your patience during this process. The City has completed our search and review of all responsive records. We now have the non-exempt responsive records available for your inspection or you may purchase a copy of the non-exempt records. My office determined is was necessary and appropriate to withhold the production of certain emails and to redact certain portions of the emails because those emails and portions of the emails are exempt from disclosure for the following reasons under the Inspection of Public Records Act: including NMSA 1978, § 14-2-1(A)(8) (otherwise provided by law), including, but not limited to Rule 11-503 NMRA (Lawyer-Client Privilege), and Rule 1-26 (Attorney Work Product).

At your request the Office of the City Clerk can provide you an invoice of the copying costs, however, the typical copying fees are $0.50 per page for paper records, and for electronic records $6.75 for a CD and $7.99 and up for electronic records placed on a flash-drive.
