Request #19-15

My computer says that the NextRequest system isn't working and won't let me go to that website, so I've contacted you directly.

I'm doing three assessments and would like to find out whether the Fire Dept. has any record of HazMat incidents or UST data for the properties.

  1. 110 Gold Avenue SE.  This site is a warehouse next to the railroad and it was developed in the 1940s.

  1. 4401 and 4411 Lead Avenue SE.  This site is Jim's Automotive.  4401 was originally developed as Manzano Labs in the 1950s and was a contractor for Kirtland AFB.  4411 was originally developed in the 1960s as a service station.

  1. 5700 Harper Drive NE.  This is a multi-story office building that was developed between 1973 and 1982.

Thank you, thank you, thank you and Happy New Year.

Best regards,
