Hello Ms. Flynt:

On March 29, 2019, we received your public records request for the following records:

On 03/28/2019, Mayor Keller with other representative's, made a statement concerning the funds he requested and received from the State. Below is the link of his announcement. I would like to request the emails & any other communication in which the Mayor had confirmation on the projects he requested money for before, after and recently from the District 4 Councilman, the new State Representative of District 15 and Senator Bill O'Neil regarding the train spur, the slip ramp and the third option referred to by COO Lawrence Real in his news conference referring to the train spur for Balloon Fiesta. It is my understanding that prior to the approval by the Governor, Mayor Keller or his Staff contacted any of the people I mentioned nor did they seek any input before he sent the letter.

This communication will confirm our completion of your request. We have searched for responsive records and not been able to locate or identify any records. As a result, there are no responsive records related to your request that are maintained by my office. My office will now close your public records request.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
