1. The audio recording and any transcription of the administrative due process hearing related to the civil forfeiture of a 2006 Kia Sorrento, VIN # KNDJC733965624014 on or about April 15, 2015. When the vehicle was seized, it was being driven by Heather Bitsillie, DOB: 01/26/75, who was involved in a multi-vehicle crash on April 1, 2015 and who was arrested for driving while intoxicated on that date.
I am specifically requesting electronic copies of all materials to save costs on printing and copying. Please produce materials electronically, if available, in accordance with § 14-2-9(B) to me at email@example.com and to our paralegal at firstname.lastname@example.org.
