Hello Mr. McKee,
This email will acknowledge completion of your public records request dated January 23, 2019 (identified by the City as #19-508), in which you requested to inspect:
Please provide me with the initial complaint and all associated documentation related to "CPC 153-17."
By requesting "associated documentation," I specifically would like to see any response letters to the case that came from APD administration. As I understand, both recent APD Chiefs, Gorden Eden and Chief Michael Michael Geier had sent previous letters about "administratively closing" this CPC case.
As I understand, Robert Caswell Investigations completed an administrative investigation related to this case, which I would appreciate getting a copy of, if available, as well.
Thank you for your patience during this process. The City has completed our search and review of all responsive records. All responsive records are available for your inspection or you may purchase a copy of the records.
Please be aware, my office redacted protected personal identifier information contained in those records, pursuant to NMSA 1978, § 14-2-1(B).
You may pick up and purchase a copy of the non-exempt records at:
Office of the City Clerk
600 2nd Street NW, 7th Floor
Albuquerque, NM 87102.
At your request the Office of the City Clerk can provide you an invoice of the copying costs, however, the typical copying fees are $0.50 per page for paper records, and for electronic records $6.75 for a CD.
If you are seeking to inspect the responsive records at no cost, then the inspection will take place at the Office of the City Clerk, located at 600 2nd Street NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. That office is located on the 7th floor of that building. Please contact the Office of the City Clerk (505) 924-3650 if you have any questions related to the inspection at their office.
Your request will now be closed.
