The Office of the City Clerk acknowledged your request on October 17, 2019. This communication will close your request. The responsive documents from the Fire Marshall’s Office are being produced with this request.
With regard to the EMS records you identify above, medical records are exempt from disclosure under New Mexico’s Inspection of Public Records Act. NMSA 1978, § 14-2-1(A)(3) (medical records), (8) (as otherwise provided by law, including but not limited to NMSA 1978, Section 14-6-1 and 45 C.F.R. §§ 160, 164 (HIPAA)).
As a result, other than the records from the Fire Marshall’s Office, there are no additional records to provide.
