Request #20-103

This is a formal request for records under the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act. Our previous request (19-8262) was denied.

I wish to receive copies of the following records pertaining to a call of an unresponsive 4-year-old child at Cinnamon Tree Apartments at 7220 Central SE on Tuesday December 10, 2019 at approximately 21:59 hours.

1) All 911 Calls made regarding this case.

if these records are held in electronic format, I wish for these to be released via next request. If that is not possible on a blank compact disk.

Feel free to contact me for any questions regarding the request at the contact info provided in next request

We have sent a message on previous IPRA and have been in contact with the city clerk's office, and we strongly disagree with the denial. 911 records are original records of entry and can be released.

The NM Foundation for Open Government has also been in touch with the city and they have also indicated many times that 911 must also be released.

If this request is again deemed denied. We would like an explanation as to why, and not the blanket denial response that is normally given.

Hello Mr. Rodriguez:
